Privacy policy
What we process
Sign-in provides an account identifier and email address. We store credit transactions, order references, generation status, video download links and support messages. Your photo framing preview runs in your browser. A resized copy is transmitted only when you request generation.
Generation providers
Resized photos are stored temporarily in private Cloudflare R2 storage and supplied to SeeAPI through time-limited signed links. Nano Banana creates the first-frame preview; Seedance creates the video after you approve that frame. Source-photo links expire after six hours. Our source-photo copies are removed after the first frame is ready or a confirmed failure. First-frame previews can be confirmed within 24 hours; expired previews and frames from completed or failed videos are cleaned up. Unresolved requests may retain inputs for operator review. SeeAPI and its model providers have separate retention policies.
Payments and hosting
Stripe handles checkout and card details. We store order and payment references, not full card numbers. This site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Account sign-in uses Google or email verification codes delivered through Resend, with sessions managed by this site. These providers process data under their respective terms and may process it internationally.
History and deletion
Your generation history is restricted to your account. Deleting a finished video removes our private stored video and its visible history. Provider copies follow provider retention rules. Use support to request further data or account deletion; payment records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Cookies and contact
We use essential sign-in cookies and Google Analytics 4 for basic public-page visits, traffic sources and device statistics. Google may use browser identifiers and process data internationally. We do not send purchase amounts, uploaded photos, email addresses or private account pages as analytics events. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. You can disable or enable analytics using the footer control; existing opt-outs are respected and the preference lasts 180 days. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests.
