Terms of service
Using the studio
Outstanding Tiny Desk AI is an independent AI creation service. You must be at least 18 and have permission from every adult represented in your upload. Do not submit minors, non-consensual intimate content, abusive impersonations, illegal content or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Your video
Generative results vary. We do not promise an exact likeness, perfect lip synchronization, the original viral soundtrack or a particular completion time. You must label shared results as AI-generated and must not present them as authentic footage.
Credits and payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD with no automatic renewal. Each generation displays its credit cost before submission. Paid credits do not expire while the service is active. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except where a refund is approved or required by applicable law.
Failures and refunds
Confirmed provider failures return the corresponding credits once. A network timeout does not prove a failure; uncertain requests are held for reconciliation. Cash refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Third-party rights
The service is not affiliated with NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts or any musician. Buying credits does not purchase a license to copyrighted music, concert footage, trademarks or another person’s likeness. You are responsible for permissions needed for your uploads and intended publication.
Accounts and service availability
Keep your sign-in secure. We may restrict abusive use or temporarily pause generation. Download your files promptly. Contact support for account or data requests. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
