Refund policy
Generation credit returns
If the provider confirms that a generation failed, the credits for that job are returned automatically once. Requests with an uncertain provider response are held for review; do not start duplicate jobs. Successful jobs are not automatically refunded because of subjective preferences.
Requesting a payment refund
Contact support with your purchase date, pack and issue if you were charged twice, did not receive purchased credits or received an unusable result. We investigate and may return credits or refund the payment, as appropriate and required by applicable law.
Original payment method
Approved cash refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank. Refunded purchases have their corresponding credits revoked; a spent balance may become negative until reconciled.
Before you buy
Photo framing is free, but is not a generated video preview. AI video generation is paid. Review the resolution, duration and credit cost before starting. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights.
